The bulk of the article is about design aesthetics. UX is not about visuals! Give me more information about the actual meat of the user experience process. Reading about localized experiences is very interesting.

Including inclusivity and accessibility merely as an "honorable mention" with only the shortest explanation of what rather than why is almost an insult. Those two aspects need to be normalized which starts with us as designers!
